By downloading, installing, or using CupertinoClicks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

CupertinoClicks is licensed, not sold. Serhii Chernikov grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Mac computers you own or control.

Mac App Store purchases: Your use is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA and your App Store account terms. Apple is not a party to this agreement between you and Serhii Chernikov.

Direct downloads: Each purchase includes activation for up to two Macs at a time. Manage devices at account/devices. The app works offline after activation.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its sound assets
• Use the app to harass others or violate applicable law
• Circumvent license or device limits on direct-download builds

Mac App Store: Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem or your App Store purchase history.

Direct download: Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refund eligibility follows Lemon Squeezy's buyer policies and applicable consumer law. Contact us through Feedback if you need help with a direct purchase.

CupertinoClicksis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Serhii Chernikov does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serhii Chernikov is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of CupertinoClicks. Total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you obtained the app at no charge.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
